About the FlowNerves Website: Who Runs It and Who Makes the Product
This website is run by Theflownerves, a USA authorized retailer of FlowNerves capsules. It is an information site, not the manufacturer and not the distributor, and no maker is named on the bottle images we have. Order buttons open the seller's checkout. We earn a commission on orders, and a medical reviewer's name stays a fill-in field until a qualified person signs off.

The short answer01
Who runs the FlowNerves website?
Theflownerves runs this site. It is listed as a USA authorized retailer of FlowNerves capsules, and the site exists to explain the product before anyone buys it.
That role matters, so the limits are worth stating. A retailer sells a product that someone else made. This site is not the manufacturer, it is not the distributor, and it did not formulate the capsule. The bottle images we received show only the front, and none of them names a maker, a distributor or a country of origin.
We have said that plainly because a question like "who makes FlowNerves?" deserves a straight reply. The honest reply today is that we do not know, and we will not guess.
- 01Magnesium glycinateMagnesium bound to the amino acid glycineamount not printedA needed mineral; sold for sleep, muscles and calm
- 02Alpha lipoic acidA sulfur-containing antioxidant the body also makes in small amountsamount not printedSold for blood sugar and nerve comfort; the best-known nerve studies are in diabetes
- 03Butcher's broom root extractAn evergreen shrub (Ruscus aculeatus); the root is usedamount not printedSold for leg veins and circulation
- 04L-carnitineAn amino-acid-like compound the body makes and uses to move fats into the cell's energy plantsamount not printedSold for energy; one form (acetyl-L-carnitine) has nerve research
- 05Turmeric extract (95% curcuminoids)Extract of the turmeric root; the sales page says 95% curcuminoidsamount not printedSold for inflammation and joints
- 06Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone)A fat-soluble compound found in every cell's energy plants; the oxidized form is ubiquinoneamount not printedSold for cellular energy and heart health
The numbers are the order of the seller's list, which we cannot confirm is weight order. The hatched bar stands for an amount the seller has not printed; it is not a measurement. Studies of single ingredients say nothing about this capsule.
If a maker's name appears on the back of the bottle you receive, that line is better evidence than anything on this site. Read it, and tell us if it differs from what we describe.

How do orders reach the seller's checkout?
Every Order button on this site points to one address, /order/ on this domain. That address forwards the visitor to the seller's checkout at bg.flownerves.com. The checkout is where the pack is chosen, the price and shipping are shown, and the payment is taken.
We do not collect card details, and we never see the payment form. After you pay, the seller's order desk handles the order, so questions about tracking or a refund go to them and not to us.

The site inbox is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern, and it cannot look up an order. The contact page lists the right number for each job.
Commission, in the open03
How does this site earn money?
We earn a commission when a visitor buys through one of our order links. The price does not change for the buyer. That is the whole arrangement, and it gives us a reason to want sales, which is why the rules below exist.
- We print no star rating, review count or customer quote, because none has been verified. The FTC bans fake reviews, and we would rather show nothing than something invented.(FTC, Final Rule Banning Fake Reviews)
- We name no ingredient amount, because the seller prints none in anything we have.
- We state that no study tested the capsule, on the home page and again wherever a benefit is discussed.
- We tell readers with tingling or numbness to see a doctor before they buy anything.
The FTC also expects health claims to rest on competent scientific evidence, and a commission does not change that standard.(FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance) If a sentence on this site sounds like a promise, treat it as an error and write to us.
The seller has no say over the wording of the research, medicine-safety or side-effect pages. Those follow the sources listed at the end of each page.
The label desk04
Who writes these pages?
The pages are written by the FlowNerves label desk, which is a working name for the site's editorial team. The desk starts from three things: the front of the bottle, the seller's brief, and public sources from the FDA, FTC, NIH and peer-reviewed journals.
Because the sales page could not be read by our tools, every fact taken from it is marked as the seller's wording. We quote claims in quotation marks so they cannot be mistaken for findings. The seller describes "straightforward nutritional support for your nerves", and that phrase stays the seller's.
The desk follows a short routine for each page.
- List what the label shows and what it does not.
- Find the public source for each factual statement, and read it.
- Write the plain version, with the source next to the sentence.
- Remove any wording that promises a result.
- Send the page for medical review.
The full rulebook sits on the editorial standards page. It also explains how we correct mistakes.

Who reviews these pages?
A medical reviewer is a licensed clinician who reads a page for safety errors before it is called reviewed. The box below shows that person's name, credentials, role and review date once they are confirmed.
Right now that box holds fill-in fields. We have not named a reviewer, and no page on this site says it was reviewed by a doctor. When a qualified person signs off, the fields fill in on every page at once.
Pages built from the bottle front, the seller's brief and linked NIH, FDA, FTC, NIDDK and peer-reviewed sources.
Last updated . Read our editorial standards and how we check reviews. This website is the information site for a U.S. authorized retailer of FlowNerves. It is not the manufacturer or the distributor. We earn money when you buy through our order links.
The bottom of each page repeats the review status, so a reader never has to guess. If you see a name there without credentials and a date, treat the page as unreviewed.

Where can you check what we say?
Every factual statement links to a public source, and the list of sources sits at the bottom of the page. Open the link, read the key sentence and judge for yourself.

Matches the 60-day satisfaction promise in the seller's brief. Confirm the live wording at checkout; return shipping is on the buyer.

A seller badge. The brief says the 6-bottle kit ships free on the sales page; the checkout shows shipping for the other packs.
The seller supplied two badges: a 60-day guarantee seal and a free-shipping seal. No GMP, third-party-testing or FDA-registered badge was supplied, so none is shown. A badge is a claim by the seller, not a certificate. FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, FDA 101: Dietary Supplements), and health claims in ads need real evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
The two badges above came from the seller. A badge is a claim by the seller, not a certificate from a lab, and we show only the ones we were given.
FAQ07
Questions about this site and its owner
Is Theflownerves the company that makes the capsules?
No. Theflownerves is described as a USA authorized retailer, and this website is its information site. No maker or distributor is named on the bottle images we have.
Does the site have an office I can write to?
Yes, a New York office at 1 Liberty Plaza, Floor 23, New York, NY 10006. It takes mail only, and orders and refunds go to the order desk instead.
Do you sell the capsules yourselves?
The order buttons lead to the seller's checkout at bg.flownerves.com, and payment happens there. This site shows the packs and earns a commission when someone buys.
Why does a review box show empty fields?
The medical reviewer has not been named yet. The fields stay open instead of showing an invented name or credential.
Who decides what goes on a page?
The label desk writes and the sources decide. A sentence stays only if a public source or the label supports it.
Can the seller ask you to change a page?
A retailer can correct a fact, such as a phone number. It cannot ask us to add a promise the sources do not support.
Where do I report a mistake on the site?
Write to the site inbox, [email protected], with the page and the line. It is checked Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern.
