FlowNerves Batch and Lot Check: How to Verify Your Bottle
A lot number ties a bottle to one production run, and an expiry date tells you how long the maker stands behind it. The seller gives two references, lot FN-26/TH-4977 and CoA FN-4977-26-TH. They are the seller's own codes, not lab proof. Compare your bottle with them, look for tampering, and write down anything that differs.

The basics01
What is a lot number and why does it matter?
A lot number is a short code that links one bottle to one production run. If a problem is found later, the code lets a maker tell which bottles are affected and which are not.
For a buyer, the code does two jobs. It shows that the bottle belongs to a real run, and it gives you something exact to quote if you need to ask the order desk a question. "I have a bottle of FlowNerves" is hard to act on. "I have a bottle from lot FN-26/TH-4977 with this expiry date" is easy to act on.
A lot number is not a quality mark. It says which run a bottle came from. It does not say what was in that run, how it was made or whether anyone tested it.

| Claim line | NERVE SUPPORT* |

| Directions (seller FAQ) | One capsule daily with a meal and a full glass of water (sales-page FAQ, per the brief). Confirm on the bottle. |
| Warnings and caution | Not printed in the images we have. |
| Origin | No country of origin is printed in the images we have. |
| Distributor | Not printed in the images we have. The seller of this website is a USA authorized retailer; the maker is not named to us. |
| FDA statement | The asterisk on 'NERVE SUPPORT*' points to a statement that is not shown in the images we have. The standard text reads: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. |
The images we received show only the front of the bottle. They show no lot code, no expiry date and no back label, so we cannot show you where the code sits on your bottle.
Two codes, read carefully02
What are the seller's FlowNerves references?
The seller supplied two references, and we publish them exactly as given.
| Reference | What it is | What it is not |
|---|---|---|
| Lot FN-26/TH-4977 | The seller's lot reference for the FlowNerves run it describes | Proof that your bottle came from that run |
| CoA FN-4977-26-TH | The seller's reference for a certificate of analysis | A lab report we have read |
A certificate of analysis is a lab document that lists test results for a lot. We have not seen one for FlowNerves. We hold only a code that the seller says relates to one, so we cannot say who tested what, or whether the test covered identity, strength or contaminants.
That is why these two lines are references and not evidence. If you want a certificate of analysis, ask the order desk for the document itself, and ask which lab issued it and on what date.
The FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold, and the company is responsible for the safety of its own product.(FDA, FDA 101: Dietary Supplements) A code on a page is a starting point for a question, not an answer.
Six steps03
How do you check your own bottle?
Do the check when the package arrives, before you take the first capsule. It takes about five minutes.
- Look at the outside of the package. Note any dents, tears or a box that looks resealed.
- Open the bottle and look for a safety seal under the cap. The images we have do not show one, so a missing seal is a question, not proof of a problem.
- Read the whole label, front and back. The front should match what this site describes: PREMIUM FORMULA, FlowNerves, NERVE SUPPORT* and 30 CAPSULES.
- Find the lot code and the expiry date. They are often stamped on the bottle or label rather than printed in color.
- Compare the lot code with the seller's reference. Write down both the code on your bottle and the one above.
- Count the capsules and look at them. The bottle should hold 30. Photograph the bottle, the label and the capsules before you do anything else.
Keep the photographs, the packing slip and the order email together. They are what the order desk will ask for.
A different code is not automatic trouble04
What if the lot code does not match?
A different lot code does not mean a fake. Makers run several lots in a year, and the seller's reference describes one of them. Your bottle may well come from another run.
What matters is whether the code makes sense and whether the seller can explain it. Ask the order desk three things.
- Is this lot code one of yours, and which run does it belong to?
- Can you send the certificate of analysis for this lot?
- What is the expiry date on this lot, and does it match my bottle?
Be more careful if the bottle carries no lot code at all, if the label looks blurred or misprinted, or if the front does not match the brand renders. Consumer Reports advises buyers to check who the seller is and to be wary of a price far below normal, because counterfeits turn up online.(Consumer Reports, Avoiding Counterfeits Online) Those tips come from an article about online shopping in general, not about supplements, but the habits apply.
If you bought from anywhere other than the order buttons on this site, treat the guarantee as uncertain. We know of no marketplace or store listing for FlowNerves.

See packsDates and storage05
Does FlowNerves expire, and how should you store it?
Yes, as with every supplement, there is a date after which the maker no longer stands behind the contents. The images we have print no expiry date, so the date on your bottle is the only one that counts.
Do not take capsules past the printed date. If you cannot find a date, ask the order desk before you start the bottle.
The images also print no storage line. Unless your bottle says otherwise, the usual advice for any supplement applies.
- Do not keep it in a bathroom, where steam and heat build up.
- Do not leave it in a hot car or in direct sun.
- Keep the cap tight after every use.
- Store it in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
A bottle holds 30 capsules and lasts 30 days at one capsule a day, per the seller's FAQ. A single bottle opened and used on that schedule should finish well before most dates would matter, but a pack of six bottles sits on a shelf for six months, so check the date on the last bottle when the pack arrives.
If something is wrong06
How do you report a bad bottle?
Stop using the bottle if the capsules look different, smell odd, arrive broken or open, or if you feel unwell after taking one. Keep the bottle and the packaging.
Call a doctor or pharmacist about any health reaction. For trouble breathing, swelling of the face or chest pain, call 911.
You can also report a product problem or a reaction to the FDA through MedWatch, the agency's reporting program for patients and consumers.(FDA, MedWatch) Then contact the order desk with the lot code, the expiry date and your photographs. The 60-day guarantee page explains the refund path, and the contact page lists the numbers.
FAQ07
Lot, date and storage questions
What does the lot number FN-26/TH-4977 refer to?
It is the seller's lot reference for the run it describes. We cannot tie it to your bottle, and it is not a lab result.
Is there a public database to look up a FlowNerves lot?
We know of none. The seller's code is the only lot reference we have, so ask the order desk to confirm a code.
Where is the expiry date on the bottle?
The images we have do not show it. Look on the label edge or the bottom of the bottle, and ask the order desk if you cannot find it.
Can I take capsules a few weeks past the date?
Follow the date on your bottle. The maker stands behind the product only up to that date, so ask the order desk before using capsules past it.
How do I ask for the certificate of analysis?
Call the order desk or write to the order email with your order ID and ask for the document for your lot, the lab name and the test date.
What if two bottles in one pack have different lot codes?
That can happen when a pack is filled from more than one run. Note both codes and send them with a photo if you have a question.
Should I keep the bottle after it is empty?
Yes, for the guarantee window. The bottle and the packing slip help the desk match your order.
