How to Cancel a FlowNerves Order Before It Ships
To cancel a FlowNerves order, call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 or write [email protected] with your order ID as soon as you can. The desk can say whether the order has shipped. This site cannot see orders, and we do not know the seller's cancel cut-off, so ask first and keep a record.

Who can cancel a FlowNerves order?
Only the seller's order desk can. It runs the checkout that took your payment, and it sees the order.
This site is an information site for a U.S. authorized retailer. Its inbox, [email protected], cannot see orders.
Speed matters, because a cancel is easiest while the order is still waiting to be packed.

What should you have ready before you call?
A short call goes faster when you can answer the desk's first questions. Gather these before you dial or type.

What are the steps to cancel?

What if the order already shipped?

Based on the seller's brief, the claim path has three parts.
- Call the order desk with your order ID and say you want a return.
- Mail the bottles, tracked, to 205 Hudson Street, Floor 7, New York, NY 10013, with your full name, email and order ID inside.
- Expect to pay return shipping yourself. Use a tracked service and keep the slip.
