What is the FlowNerves dosage?
The directions come from the seller's FAQ, not from a back label we could read: one capsule daily, with a meal and a full glass of water. A 30-capsule bottle lasts 30 days at that rate.
Those directions describe how much of the product to take. They do not say how much of any ingredient you get. The word dosage mixes the two, and the difference is the heart of this post.
Follow the directions on the bottle you receive. If they differ from the seller's FAQ, the bottle wins.
At one capsule a day you need 3 bottles. Pack mix with no spare bottle: 1 x 3-bottle. The checkout shows the final total.

Why is there no amount for each ingredient?
The seller names six ingredients and sets them in a proprietary blend. A blend can be listed under a descriptive name, and the labeling rule is about identifying the blend, so the single amounts may stay hidden.(eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36)
We read only the front of the bottle. It shows no Supplement Facts panel, so no amount appears there, and none appears in the seller's brief either. That is why this site writes "named, no amount printed" and never gives a milligram figure.

What happens if you take more than the directions say?
We cannot tell you a safe upper amount, because we do not know the amounts inside. That is the honest answer, and it is a reason to stay with the directions.
