FlowNerves eBay: Should You Buy from a Third-Party Seller?

Quick answer

We know of no eBay listing for FlowNerves that the seller stands behind. A third-party listing may not be covered by the 60-day guarantee, and you cannot confirm the lot, storage or seller identity from a photo. The official order link is the one route we can describe.

One bottle, brand render; it shows the product, not a result.

Is there a real FlowNerves listing on eBay?

We cannot say, and the seller's brief does not mention one. Anyone can post a photo of a bottle. A listing is a claim by whoever posted it, not a statement from the product's seller.

The FTC's INFORM Consumers Act, in effect since June 27, 2023, makes online marketplaces collect and show more seller details for high-volume sellers.(FTC, INFORM Consumers Act) That helps, but it does not confirm the bottle in your hand is genuine.

What can go wrong with a resold supplement?

Capsules are sensitive to heat and humidity, and you cannot see how a reseller stored them. You also cannot see the date, the lot or the Supplement Facts panel from a front photo.

Guarantee gap

The 60-day guarantee is stated for orders from the seller. A resold bottle may not qualify, so ask for the terms in writing before you pay.

  • Photos of the front only
  • No expiry date or lot code shown
  • A seller who cannot say where the stock came from
  • A price far from the three official pack prices

How do you check an online listing?

Look at the seller before the product.

  1. Read the seller's history and recent feedback, not just the star score.
  2. Ask for the back of the bottle and the lot code.
  3. Compare the front with the brand render here.
  4. Ask what the return rule is, in writing.

Consumer Reports has long advised care with unfamiliar online sellers, although its article is old and not about supplements.(Consumer Reports, Avoiding Counterfeits Online)

What does the FlowNerves label say?

The front of the bottle reads PREMIUM FORMULA, FlowNerves, NERVE SUPPORT* and 30 CAPSULES; it names no disease and prints no amount for any ingredient we could read.

ItemAs printed or stated
Front claimNERVE SUPPORT* (the asterisk points to the FDA statement)

What is the plain recommendation?

Skip a resold bottle. The seller's checkout shows the packs and the guarantee on one page, and that is easier to document if something goes wrong. The where to buy page explains the route, and the guarantee page explains what the 60 days cover. Photos of a bottle prove little, because a counterfeit can copy a front label exactly.

FAQ01

FlowNerves questions people ask

What is the biggest risk of a resold supplement bottle?

Not knowing how it was stored or how old it is, because a front photo shows neither.

Does the FlowNerves guarantee apply to eBay purchases?

Probably not. It is stated for orders from the seller, so ask before you buy elsewhere.

How do I report a problem with a supplement I bought online?

You can report an adverse event to the FDA through MedWatch, which is open to consumers.(FDA, MedWatch)

Can I check whether an eBay seller is real?

Look at the account history and ask for lot code photos. Neither fully proves a bottle is genuine.
