Does FlowNerves Expire? How to Find the Date and Store the Bottle
The front of the FlowNerves bottle we saw prints no date, and no back label reached us. Look on the base, neck and any back label of the bottle that arrives. The lot numbers the seller quotes are references, not proof of freshness. Store the capsules cool, dry and closed.

Does FlowNerves have an expiration date?
The front of the bottle shows no date. It reads PREMIUM FORMULA, FlowNerves, NERVE SUPPORT* and 30 CAPSULES, and that is all.
No back label reached us, so we cannot say what date, if any, your bottle carries. We will not guess a shelf life.
Tap the numbers on the front render, then check the same spots on your bottle, plus the base and the neck under the cap.
Tap a number to read that part of the front.
- Ribbed white cap
A white ribbed cap. The render shows no safety seal; the label that ships may say more.
- Cyan corner trim
Cyan trim at the corners of the ink-navy label. A colour band, not a claim.
- PREMIUM FORMULA
A grade word in small capitals. No amount, purity figure, lab or standard is printed next to it.
- FlowNerves
The wordmark: 'Flow' in white, 'Nerves' in cyan.
- NERVE SUPPORT*
The only claim-style line. It names no condition and no result. The asterisk points to the FDA statement, which is not shown in the images we have.
- Three round icons
Three small line icons. Pictures only: no words or claim go with them.
- 30 CAPSULES, DIETARY SUPPLEMENT
A count of 30 capsules and the words 'DIETARY SUPPLEMENT'. One capsule a day makes a bottle last 30 days.
Not shown anywhere we can read: the back label, a Supplement Facts panel, directions, warnings and a distributor line.
No date anywhere is a question for the order desk.
What do the lot numbers mean?
The seller's brief gives lot FN-26/TH-4977 and certificate FN-4977-26-TH. They are seller references, not a lab result, and neither is a date.
| Item | What it can tell you |
|---|---|
| Lot or batch code | Which production run the bottle came from |
| Expiry or "best by" date | The last month the maker backs |
To check a batch, see the batch verification page. A real answer comes from the seller in writing.
How should you store the capsules?
No storage line is printed in the images we have, so ordinary supplement habits apply unless your bottle says otherwise.
- Keep the cap closed tight after every use.
- Choose a cool, dry shelf, away from the stove, the sink and a sunny window.
- Keep the capsules in the original bottle, with its lot and date.
- Keep the bottle out of reach of children.
Your bottle's own storage line wins over this list.
When should you stop using a capsule?
Discard a bottle if the date has passed, the seal arrived broken, or the capsules look swollen, sticky or smell off.
The seller's own checkout keeps a paper trail for the lot. Marketplace stock is harder to trace, and Consumer Reports has warned about counterfeits sold online.(Consumer Reports, Avoiding Counterfeits Online) If a bottle seems wrong, stop, keep the packaging and tell the seller. A suspected bad product can also be reported through MedWatch.(FDA, MedWatch)

FAQ01
FlowNerves questions people ask
Where is the expiry date on a supplement bottle?
It is usually stamped or printed on the base, the neck or the back label. The front of the FlowNerves bottle we saw shows none, so check yours in hand.
Can I take FlowNerves a week past the date?
We do not advise it. Ask the order desk about a replacement instead of guessing how much the capsules have changed.
Is the lot number on the FlowNerves site a freshness guarantee?
No. FN-26/TH-4977 is a seller reference, and a lot code identifies a batch rather than proving a date or a test.
