FlowNerves Formula: Six Named Ingredients, No Printed Amounts
The seller names six ingredients in the FlowNerves formula: magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and coenzyme Q10. They sit in a proprietary blend, and no amount is printed for any of them. We cannot say how the six compare in size.

What is in the FlowNerves formula?
The front of the bottle says "PREMIUM FORMULA". The seller's brief names six ingredients and calls the mix a proprietary blend.
- 01Magnesium glycinateMagnesium bound to the amino acid glycineamount not printedA needed mineral; sold for sleep, muscles and calm
- 02Alpha lipoic acidA sulfur-containing antioxidant the body also makes in small amountsamount not printedSold for blood sugar and nerve comfort; the best-known nerve studies are in diabetes
- 03Butcher's broom root extractAn evergreen shrub (Ruscus aculeatus); the root is usedamount not printedSold for leg veins and circulation
- 04L-carnitineAn amino-acid-like compound the body makes and uses to move fats into the cell's energy plantsamount not printedSold for energy; one form (acetyl-L-carnitine) has nerve research
- 05Turmeric extract (95% curcuminoids)Extract of the turmeric root; the sales page says 95% curcuminoidsamount not printedSold for inflammation and joints
- 06Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone)A fat-soluble compound found in every cell's energy plants; the oxidized form is ubiquinoneamount not printedSold for cellular energy and heart health
The numbers are the order of the seller's list, which we cannot confirm is weight order. The hatched bar stands for an amount the seller has not printed; it is not a measurement. Studies of single ingredients say nothing about this capsule.
The bars are hatched on purpose: "amount not printed" is as precise as we can be.
How does a proprietary blend read?
A blend lists its parts under one heading. The rule behind the term lets a label identify the blend by that name or a descriptive one.(eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36) The reader sees the names and often one total weight, but not each share.
We have not seen that panel. So we cannot say whether the six names are in weight order, and we do not guess one.
| You can learn | You cannot learn | |
|---|---|---|
| Ingredient names | Yes, the seller lists six | Whether the list is complete |
| Order of size | Not from the front | Which name is largest |
| Amount of each | No | Any milligram figure |
| Match to a trial dose | No | Whether a name reaches a studied amount |
Does the formula match what research studied?
Only loosely. Alpha lipoic acid has diabetic neuropathy trials, and a Cochrane review pooled three of them.(Cochrane 2024, ALA for diabetic neuropathy) Acetyl-L-carnitine has neuropathy research too, yet the label lists plain L-carnitine.(Sima 2005, acetyl-L-carnitine in diabetic neuropathy) Butcher's broom trials are on venous disease.(Kakkos 2017, Ruscus meta-analysis)
Each of those studies used a stated dose. Without a printed amount we cannot line the formula up with any of them. And no trial tested the six together.
What should you ask about a formula like this?
Three questions are worth sending to the seller or reading off your bottle.
- What is the amount of each ingredient per capsule?
- Is there a certificate of analysis for my lot?
- Which form of carnitine is used?
Several names can interact with medicines, so take your list to a pharmacist. Tingling, numbness or burning needs a doctor to look for causes such as diabetes or low B12.(NINDS, Peripheral Neuropathy)
