FlowNerves Proprietary Blend: Why Missing Amounts Matter More Than the Names
The seller describes FlowNerves as a proprietary blend of six named ingredients and prints no amount for any of them. FDA labeling rules let a blend show one total weight instead of each ingredient's. That is legal. It also means nobody can tell how much of any name sits in a capsule.

What is a proprietary blend on a supplement label?
A proprietary blend is a group of ingredients listed under one name, with a single total weight for the group. The rule behind it says the blend is identified by the term "Proprietary Blend" or another descriptive or fanciful name.(eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36)
Inside the blend, ingredients go in descending order by weight. The labeling guide asks for the blend total, not a weight for each one.(FDA, Structure/Function Claims)
Why does a missing amount matter for FlowNerves?
Each of the six names has research of its own (the blend page has more), but studies use set amounts, and a different amount is a different test.
Two capsules can name the same six things and differ widely in each. The front reads "PREMIUM FORMULA", a grade word and not an amount.
Stated by the seller or printed on the front
- A dietary supplement in capsules, 30 to a bottle
- One capsule a day with a meal and a full glass of water (the seller's FAQ)
- A proprietary blend, named by the seller
- Six named ingredients: magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract, coenzyme Q10
- Turmeric extract at 95% curcuminoids (the sales page)
- A 60-day satisfaction promise from the original purchase date
- Free shipping on the 6-bottle kit (the sales page)
Not printed anywhere we can read
- How many milligrams of any name sit in a capsule
- The blend's total weight
- Which form of L-carnitine is used
- The order of the names (we cannot say it is weight order)
- A Supplement Facts panel, other ingredients and any allergen statement
- A distributor, manufacturer or testing lab
- Any study of the finished capsule
- Any result: no source shows it changes tingling, numbness or nerve damage

What cannot be worked out from a blend?
Tempting guesses are wrong. We did not see a panel, so we cannot say the six names are in weight order or how much of one a capsule holds.
- A trial dose you assume the capsule matches
- A ranking of the six by how much is inside
- A safe limit worked out from the label
Magnesium has a Daily Value, so a standard panel lists it on its own with a weight.(eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36) If yours shows it inside the blend with no milligrams, ask the seller why.
How do you compare a blend with a label that lists every amount?
A fully listed label lets you ask a pharmacist exact questions. A blend lets you ask broad ones.
| You want to | Amounts listed | Blend with no amounts |
|---|---|---|
| Compare with a trial dose | Yes, name by name | No |
| Check a medicine interaction | Closer, with numbers | Only by ingredient name |
| Compare two products | Line by line | By the ingredient list only |

The front of the bottle reads PREMIUM FORMULA, FlowNerves, NERVE SUPPORT* and 30 CAPSULES; it names no disease and prints no amount for any ingredient we could read.
| Item | As printed or stated |
|---|---|
| Front claim | NERVE SUPPORT* (the asterisk points to the FDA statement) |
| Count | 30 capsules per bottle |
| Directions (seller's FAQ) | 1 capsule daily with a meal and a full glass of water |
| Supplement Facts panel | Not supplied to us, so no amounts are quoted |
What should you ask before you buy a blend?
Ask the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 for the Supplement Facts panel, each weight and the blend total. If the answer is that the figures are private, you know how much you can judge.

FAQ01
FlowNerves questions people ask
Is a proprietary blend illegal?
No. The rule allows a blend name and a total weight.
Is the FlowNerves blend hidden on purpose?
We cannot say why no amount is printed, only that none reached us.
Can I find the exact milligrams of FlowNerves ingredients anywhere?
Not from our sources. Ask the seller for the panel, and read the back of your own bottle.
Why do the six names matter if the amounts are unknown?
They tell you what to ask your pharmacist about, not how strong the capsule is.
