FlowNerves vs Other Nerve Supplements: How to Compare Two Bottles
To compare FlowNerves with any other nerve supplement, line up the labels, not the promises. Check the form, the named ingredients, whether amounts are printed, the days per bottle and the cost per day. FlowNerves names six ingredients, prints no amount for them, and has no study of the finished capsule.

Can you compare FlowNerves with another nerve supplement fairly?
Yes, but only on facts that sit on both bottles. A claim such as "NERVE SUPPORT*" can be printed on any supplement, so it cannot separate two products.
Start with two columns, one per bottle. Leave a cell empty when the label does not say. An empty cell is information.
Which label questions matter most?
Six questions cover most of it. The FlowNerves column shows only what the front of the bottle and the seller's FAQ gave us. We never saw a back label.
| Question | FlowNerves, as far as we know |
|---|---|
| What form is it? | Capsule, 30 per bottle |
| Which ingredients are named? | Magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom, L-carnitine, turmeric extract, coenzyme Q10 |
| Is an amount printed for each? | No amount reached us for any of the six |
| What are the directions? | One capsule daily with a meal and water, per the seller's FAQ |
| Is there a guarantee? | 60 days from the purchase date, to confirm at checkout |
| Is the finished product studied? | No study of the capsule that we could find |
Run the same rows for the other bottle. A row left blank on both makes the two products equal on that point.
Does a bigger ingredient list mean a better supplement?
No. Six names say how many things the seller listed, not how much of each you get. Two products can share the same six names and differ by a factor of ten in amount.
US rules let a proprietary blend show a total weight without a weight for each part.(eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36) That is legal, and it is why a long list proves little (see the blend page).
Can one trial settle which supplement is better?
Not unless that trial tested the finished product. The FTC says results for one product do not automatically carry over to another, because dose and formulation can change the outcome.(FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance)
This matters for forms as much as doses. Alpha-lipoic acid has been studied in people with diabetes at printed doses.(MSK, Alpha-Lipoic Acid) Acetyl-L-carnitine has been studied for neuropathy, but plain L-carnitine is a different form.(NIH ODS, Carnitine (HP)) A bottle that borrows the trial and prints neither dose nor form has not earned the borrowed result.
- Ask which form of each ingredient is on the label.
- Ask whether the amount matches what a trial used.
- Ask whether the trial tested the finished product or one ingredient.

See packsWhat does the FlowNerves label say?
The front of the bottle reads PREMIUM FORMULA, FlowNerves, NERVE SUPPORT* and 30 CAPSULES; it names no disease and prints no amount for any ingredient we could read.
| Item | As printed or stated |
|---|---|
| Front claim | NERVE SUPPORT* (the asterisk points to the FDA statement) |
| Count | 30 capsules per bottle |
| Directions (seller's FAQ) | 1 capsule daily with a meal and a full glass of water |
| Supplement Facts panel | Not supplied to us, so no amounts are quoted |
What comes after the label check?
Compare the cost per day last. FlowNerves packs work out to about $2.63, $2.30 or $1.63 a day, depending on 2, 3 or 6 bottles, and the checkout shows the real total. A cheaper day on a bottle that prints nothing is not a bargain.
Before either bottle goes in your cart, bring both labels to a pharmacist and your prescriber, especially if you take a blood thinner, diabetes medicine or thyroid medicine.

FAQ01
FlowNerves questions people ask
Can I trust a side-by-side chart on a seller's own site?
Treat it as advertising. A fair chart lists blank cells and the other product's strengths, so build your own from the two labels.
Should I pick the nerve supplement with the most ingredients?
No. Count printed amounts, not names. Ten names with no amounts tell you less than three names with amounts.
Is a longer guarantee a sign of a better product?
No. A guarantee is a return policy, not evidence. It tells you how to get money back, not whether the capsule does anything.
What if the other supplement lists acetyl-L-carnitine and FlowNerves lists L-carnitine?
They are different forms, and the neuropathy research we found used the acetyl form. Neither bottle should be called proven without a printed amount.
