How to Take FlowNerves: The Daily Routine and What to Check First
The seller's FAQ says to take one FlowNerves capsule daily with a meal and a full glass of water. The bottle images we have print no directions, so follow the label on your bottle if it differs. Do not add extra capsules, and check your medicines first.

How do you take FlowNerves?
Take one capsule a day with a meal and a full glass of water. That is the seller's FAQ wording, as given in the brief. A bottle of 30 capsules then lasts 30 days.
The bottle images we have show only the front, so no directions are printed in anything we saw. Your bottle is the final word. If it says something else, follow the bottle and tell the order desk about the gap.

Check the seal
On a new bottle, check that any safety seal is intact, and read every line of the label that arrives. The images we have show only the front.
- 02
Pour a full glass of water
The seller's FAQ says to take the capsule with a full glass of water.
- 03
Take one capsule with a meal
One capsule daily with a meal, per the seller's FAQ. Confirm the amount on your bottle and do not add a second capsule.
- 04
Count the days
A 30-capsule bottle lasts 30 days. Keep every prescribed medicine, keep your doctor visits, and note how you feel.
Why with a meal and a full glass of water?
The seller's FAQ gives no reason. A meal is a common way to lessen stomach upset, and several of the six names list nausea or stomach upset, including L-carnitine.(NIH ODS, Carnitine (HP)) Water helps a capsule go down.
Do not read more into it. Nothing we found says the timing changes how well the capsule works.
What should you check before the first capsule?
Spend five minutes on this list.
- Read the Supplement Facts panel and any warning lines on your bottle.
- Look for an allergen line.
- Write down your medicines and ask a pharmacist about blood thinners, diabetes medicine, blood-pressure medicine and thyroid medicine.
- Check that any safety seal is whole.
If you have tingling, numbness or burning, see a doctor too, because diabetes and low vitamin B12 are common testable causes.(NINDS, Peripheral Neuropathy) A capsule is not a test. More on the how-to-use page.
What if you miss a day or want to change the dose?
The seller's FAQ does not say what to do after a missed day, so we will not guess. The seller's material does not say; ask the order desk or your pharmacist.
Nor should you raise the dose because a bottle seems slow. Studies of single ingredients used their own amounts, and this label prints none, so there is no basis for going higher.
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| Forgot a capsule | Resume at one a day and ask a pharmacist if unsure |
| Upset stomach | Take it with a meal and tell your pharmacist |
| Hives or swelling | Stop and get help; call 911 if breathing is hard |
| Starting a new medicine | Ask the prescriber about the capsule first |

FAQ01
FlowNerves questions people ask
What if I forget a FlowNerves capsule one day?

Can I open a FlowNerves capsule and mix it into food?
The directions we have do not say to. We do not know what the contents taste like or how they behave, so ask a pharmacist.
Is a full glass of water really needed?
The seller's FAQ asks for it, and water helps a capsule pass. We found no source tying it to any benefit.
Should I tell my doctor I started FlowNerves?
Yes. Include it in your medicine list, with the dose from your bottle, at your next visit.
