What Is FlowNerves? A Capsule, Six Names and One Front Claim
FlowNerves is a dietary supplement sold in white bottles of 30 capsules, with NERVE SUPPORT* on the front. The seller names six ingredients and prints no amount for any of them. It is not a drug, and we found no study that tested the finished capsule.

What is FlowNerves, in plain words?
FlowNerves is a dietary supplement in capsule form. A bottle holds 30 capsules, and the seller's FAQ says to take one a day with a meal and a full glass of water.
It is not a drug, and the seller says so.
We could read only the front of the bottle. The board sorts what we know from what we do not.
Stated by the seller or printed on the front
- A dietary supplement in capsules, 30 to a bottle
- One capsule a day with a meal and a full glass of water (the seller's FAQ)
- A proprietary blend, named by the seller
- Six named ingredients: magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract, coenzyme Q10
- Turmeric extract at 95% curcuminoids (the sales page)
- A 60-day satisfaction promise from the original purchase date
- Free shipping on the 6-bottle kit (the sales page)
Not printed anywhere we can read
- How many milligrams of any name sit in a capsule
- The blend's total weight
- Which form of L-carnitine is used
- The order of the names (we cannot say it is weight order)
- A Supplement Facts panel, other ingredients and any allergen statement
- A distributor, manufacturer or testing lab
- Any study of the finished capsule
- Any result: no source shows it changes tingling, numbness or nerve damage

What does the front of the bottle say?
The front carries a few phrases. Each tells you less than it first seems to.
| Words | What they tell you | What they leave out |
|---|---|---|
| "PREMIUM FORMULA" | A grade word | No amount, no purity figure, no named tester |
| "NERVE SUPPORT*" | The area it is sold for | No condition and no result |
The asterisk matters. The FDA does not approve this kind of wording before sale, and it must carry a line saying the FDA has not evaluated it.(FDA, Structure/Function Claims)
Which six ingredients does the seller name?
The seller names six ingredients in a proprietary blend. No amount is printed for any of them.
- Magnesium glycinate, a mineral bound to an amino acid
- Alpha lipoic acid, an antioxidant the body also makes
- Butcher's broom root extract, studied for leg veins
- L-carnitine, a compound that moves fats into cells
- Turmeric extract, called 95% curcuminoids by the sales page
- Coenzyme Q10, in the ubiquinone form
A blend need not print every ingredient's weight.(eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36) It does mean you cannot hold the capsule up to a study dose. See the ingredients page.
Is FlowNerves a medicine for nerve problems?
No. Tingling, numbness and burning have causes a doctor can test, such as diabetes and low vitamin B12.(NINDS, Peripheral Neuropathy) A capsule does not stand in for that visit.
No study we found tested FlowNerves itself. Alpha lipoic acid has the most nerve research of the six names.
Ask your pharmacist first if you take a blood thinner or diabetes medicine.
Sudden weakness or numbness on one side, a drooping face or trouble speaking is an emergency.(CDC, Stroke Signs and Symptoms)

FAQ01
FlowNerves questions people ask
Is FlowNerves a drug or a dietary supplement?
A dietary supplement. The seller says it is not a drug and not a neuropathy medicine.
What is the small star on the FlowNerves bottle front?
It points to the standard FDA statement that the claim has not been evaluated. Our images do not show that statement.
Can a FlowNerves capsule be compared with a study dose?
Not today. No amount is printed for the six names, so no trial dose lines up with it.
