How Long Does a FlowNerves Bottle Last? Counting the Days by Pack

Quick answer

A FlowNerves bottle holds 30 capsules, so at the seller's one capsule a day it lasts 30 days. Packs of 2, 3 and 6 bottles cover 60, 90 and 180 days. Skipped days stretch that, extra capsules shrink it, and you should confirm the pack total at checkout before you pay.

How many days is one bottle?

Thirty. The front of the bottle reads 30 CAPSULES, and the seller's FAQ says one capsule daily with a meal and a full glass of water, so one bottle covers 30 days.(FlowNerves seller checkout)

Count from the day you open it, not the day it ships. Mark the date on the cap or in a calendar so you know when the last capsule is due.

How long does each pack last?

The pack names are bottle counts, so the days follow directly.

Days covered by each pack
PackDaysSet pricePer day
2 bottles60 days$158about $2.63
3 bottles90 days$207about $2.30
6 bottles180 days$294about $1.63

The ladder is $79, $69 and $49 a bottle. The seller's brief prints only the 2-bottle price, so confirm each total at checkout. There is no 1-bottle pack.

How can you plan a supply?

Slide the months to see how many bottles that span needs at one a day.

3 months

At one capsule a day you need 3 bottles. Pack mix with no spare bottle: 1 x 3-bottle. The checkout shows the final total.

Packs come in 2, 3 and 6 bottles. A planning aid only; it does not say how many capsules to take.

Plan the review date, not just the supply. A six-month stock is a lot of capsules if you stop at week three, and the 60-day promise runs from the purchase date, not from the day you open a bottle.

What changes the count?

Several ordinary things move the number of days.

  • Missed days stretch the bottle, so mark the calendar by count, not by date alone.
  • Extra capsules shorten it. Two a day empties a bottle in 15 days, and the seller's directions do not call for that.
  • Damaged or missing capsules are a question for the order desk.

Keep the bottle closed and dry, and keep the lot and date, where printed, with it. Our post on whether FlowNerves expires covers dates and storage.

What does the FlowNerves label say?

The front of the bottle reads PREMIUM FORMULA, FlowNerves, NERVE SUPPORT* and 30 CAPSULES; it names no disease and prints no amount for any ingredient we could read.

When should you order the next bottle?

Order when about a week of capsules is left, because delivery time is not guaranteed. See the order arrival post for what to expect.

Before you reorder, ask yourself whether the capsule is doing anything you can see in your notes, and whether your clinician is happy with it. A bigger pack saves money per bottle, but only if you will use every bottle.

FAQ01

FlowNerves questions people ask

Does the 30 days count the day I start?

Yes, if you take the first capsule that day, then count 30 capsules. The bottle is spent when the count is spent.

Can one bottle last longer than 30 days?

Only if you skip days. The seller's directions are one capsule daily, so longer stretches mean missed doses, not a stronger plan.

Should I count capsules or days to time a reorder?

Count the capsules left. Days slip when you skip a dose, but the count of what remains is exact.
