How Many FlowNerves Capsules Per Day? One, and Why Not More
The seller's FAQ says to take one FlowNerves capsule a day with a meal and a full glass of water. Taking more is a guess, because the label prints no amount for any of the six names. Extra capsules also shorten a 30-day bottle. Follow your own bottle and ask a pharmacist before changing anything.

How many FlowNerves capsules should you take a day?
One. The seller's FAQ gives one capsule daily with a meal and a full glass of water, and a 30-capsule bottle lasts 30 days.(FlowNerves seller checkout)
The bottle images we have print no directions. When your bottle arrives, read it, and follow it if it differs from the seller's FAQ.
Why not take two when the first does nothing?
Because nobody can say what two would deliver. The six names sit in a blend, and no amount is printed for any of them.
- 01Magnesium glycinateMagnesium bound to the amino acid glycineamount not printedA needed mineral; sold for sleep, muscles and calm
- 02Alpha lipoic acidA sulfur-containing antioxidant the body also makes in small amountsamount not printedSold for blood sugar and nerve comfort; the best-known nerve studies are in diabetes
- 03Butcher's broom root extractAn evergreen shrub (Ruscus aculeatus); the root is usedamount not printedSold for leg veins and circulation
- 04L-carnitineAn amino-acid-like compound the body makes and uses to move fats into the cell's energy plantsamount not printedSold for energy; one form (acetyl-L-carnitine) has nerve research
- 05Turmeric extract (95% curcuminoids)Extract of the turmeric root; the sales page says 95% curcuminoidsamount not printedSold for inflammation and joints
- 06Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone)A fat-soluble compound found in every cell's energy plants; the oxidized form is ubiquinoneamount not printedSold for cellular energy and heart health
The numbers are the order of the seller's list, which we cannot confirm is weight order. The hatched bar stands for an amount the seller has not printed; it is not a measurement. Studies of single ingredients say nothing about this capsule.
Each bar is hatched because the amount is not printed. Without a number for one capsule, you cannot judge two. Some cautions on these names rise with intake.
| Name | What the sources say |
|---|---|
| Magnesium glycinate | An upper level exists for supplemental magnesium, and too much causes diarrhea(NIH ODS, Magnesium (HP)) |
| Turmeric extract | Rare liver injury has been reported, with some fatal cases(LiverTox, Turmeric) |
| L-carnitine | About 3 g a day can cause nausea, cramps, diarrhea and a fishy odor(NIH ODS, Carnitine (HP)) |
| Alpha lipoic acid | Can lower blood sugar, which matters with diabetes medicine(MSK, Alpha-Lipoic Acid) |
We cannot tell where one capsule sits against those lines. That is the argument for sticking with one.
What if you took extra by mistake?
- One extra capsule: skip the next day's dose if you feel unwell, drink water and watch for stomach upset.

The front of the bottle reads PREMIUM FORMULA, FlowNerves, NERVE SUPPORT* and 30 CAPSULES; it names no disease and prints no amount for any ingredient we could read.
| Item | As printed or stated |
|---|---|
| Front claim | NERVE SUPPORT* (the asterisk points to the FDA statement) |
| Count | 30 capsules per bottle |
| Directions (seller's FAQ) | 1 capsule daily with a meal and a full glass of water |

Does taking more shorten the bottle?
Yes, and quickly. Two a day empties a bottle in 15 days and doubles your cost per day. The 6-bottle kit costs $294 for 180 days at one a day, and that math breaks when the dose does.
